Learning to play an instrument is no simple task, no matter how easy those YouTube tutorials make it look.
To help ease the stress and frustration, all band students were given the opportunity to participate in mentoring sessions in the band room during lunch, on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Attached are some photos of the grade 6 and 8 mentoring session today.
There will also be help provided by our student teacher during lunch next week Monday through Thursday, for anyone having a challenging start to their band year. We welcome all students and encourage them to take advantage of the extra help.
