We are running two concurrent fundraisers this month, and both revolve around chocolate, because that’s just how we roll.
Our first offering is the opportunity to purchase Purdys chocolates through our on-line campaign. You may have already received the information sheet and order form from your SWS student, but if not, information on how to order and additional order forms are available here.
This fundraiser supports the entire SWS Music Program, which includes General Music and Music Options (such as guitar), as well as band.
The second offering is raffle tickets for the opportunity to win a deluxe Purdys gift basket. Yesterday, interested band students were given a book of tickets to sell. Tickets are $2 each, and only 350 tickets will be sold. Draw date is December 12th (draw will be done at the Winter Concert), and purchasers do not have to be present to win.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to meet AGLC requirements, ALL tickets, whether sold or unsold, must be returned to Ms. Bolen by December 12th.
The top two sellers in each grade will be feted with a pizza party. In the case of there being multiple sellers with the same number of sales, we’ll do a draw to determine the lucky two winners.
This fundraiser supports the band program specifically.
