A gentle reminder that grade 7 band students will be performing at Somerset and Bridlewood schools tomorrow. Students need to arrive by 8 am, in uniform, as the buses leave shortly thereafter.
The band uniform is comprised of the official SWS band shirt, black shoes, black pants or skirts, and black tights or socks.
Following is the schedule, and the letter to parents from Ms. Bolen (originally sent out via e-mail in April) is below.
· 8 AM – 8:15 Load the bus
· 8:15 AM – 8:30 Travel to Bridlewood School
· 8:30 AM – 9:30 Grade 7 Performance at Bridlewood School
· 9:30 AM – 9:45 Load the bus
· 9:45 AM – 10 Travel to Somerset School
· 10 AM – 11:30 Grade 7 Performance at Somerset School
· 11:30 AM – 11:45 Load the bus
· 11:45 AM – 12PM Return travel to Samuel W. Shaw
· 12 PM Estimated arrival at the school
