Dear SWS Music Program Families,
The Samuel W. Shaw Winter Concert, featuring grades 6-9 bands and our choir, will be held Thursday, December 5th, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Glenmore Christian Academy. Stay tuned for information about online ticket purchasing in the near future.
In the meantime…we need the assistance of many volunteers to help the concert run smoothly!

There are brief descriptions of each position. For more information contact music@swsbandassociation.com. Times of some volunteer positions will be confirmed closer to the date.
Note about the raffle: typically at both the Winter Concert and the Spring Concert, SWSBA has raffled or auctioned off goods and services donated by generous people and businesses. These are fundraisers within the fundraiser that help bring needed money into our program. If you have ideas or means of accessing gift donations for SWSBA, please contact music@swsbandassociation as soon as possible.
